Return if you don't like it
You can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. If you return the goods, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price plus a maximum of EUR 6.90 return shipping costs.
You can also exchange the goods free of charge if you are not satisfied. Let us know what replacement items you are considering and we will send them to you as soon as they are available.
Please note that due to our sustainability commitment, we do not cover return costs.
